This morning my mom narrowly missed being attacked in the parking lot of Shaw's. Some guy broke into her car and was going to lay in wait for her to come out. Apparently he's done this before and been caught. One of her co-workers went outside and saw him and he got scared away but my mom called the cops anyway and they told her she was lucky, this guy will watch a woman and get to know her routine then attack her. In fucking Leominster, this isn't Boston or Worcester. It's very scary. So next week we're both getting FID cards and getting mace and possibly a firearm. In this day and age I wouldn't hesitate to carry a gun on me at night.
